SECRETARY'S REPORT
On behalf of the Board of The Posh Supporters' Trust, I urge all members and other Posh fans to attend our Annual General Meeting, which starts at 7.30pm on Monday, 11 September 2006 at the Cherry Tree, Oundle Road, Peterborough.

I am pleased to provide the agenda for our Annual General Meeting on Monday, 11 September 2006, the minutes from the AGM of Monday, 5 September 2005 and a profile of our guest, Dave Boyle, the Deputy Chief Executive of our "parent body", Supporters Direct.
Dave joined Supporters Direct as a Development Officer in 2000 and has helped set up over a third of the Trusts in existence. He is a former local government press officer, and has also worked in the voluntary sector. He is an AFC Wimbledon supporter and is also a National Council Member of The Football Supporters' Federation.
Dave has represented Supporters Direct on Newsnight, News 24, Channel 5 News, Sky News, ITN and Radios 1, 4 and 5 and regional media. He has also spoken at meetings at the Labour, Liberal Democrat and Co-operative Party Conferences. He has also written for 4-4-2 Magazine, When Saturday Comes and Tribune. He has given papers at international academic conferences and given guest lectures at Birkbeck College, Bath University and on Liverpool University's prestigious Football MBA.
